      • I’m liking it, but have just started to add a real long run in on Saturdays so that may change my energy. We’ll see. Some days are certainly better than others in terms of energy. How about you? Any tips/tricks you’ve learned so far?

  1. Cool same here I am 2 weeks into doing a long run on a friday, will be looking at between 15km and 21km. The only tips I can really give are really concentrate on your post run recovery, get a plan in place if you don’t already. I did a post coveriing what I do (see below) and I make sure I have a good shake after each run banana/protein powder (2 spoons)/ peanut butter (1 table spoon) and half pint of milk and blitz Hope this helps
