Food Diary Day #1

Following on from last weeks nutrition debarcle, an episode mirrored by Kristen in Pennsylvania, America. (Kristen is also running everyday of 2013 check her blog out here ). We have decided jointly to do a food diary starting this week. The point of this is to really make sure we are keeping on top of our nutrition and also to see if we can share any tips, yummy receipes etc. Feel free to chip in at any point with any feedback or nutrition pointers of your own.


1 x Bowl of Crunchy Nut Cornflakes & Skimmed Milk


1 x Mixed Berries Oat Biscuits


Portion of Homemade Cottage Pie

1x Pear

1x banana


1 x Banana


Prawns, Chorizo, Spinach, Brocolli, Mange Tout, Peas and noodles



Rhubarb lowfat yogurt


Post run snack handful of mixed nuts and dried fruit 3 teaspoons of rhubarb low fat yogurt

Snacked on an 80g bag of Hazelnuts throughout the day
