    • Hi Emma a brick session is a training session when you combine 2 diciplines of the Triathlon so for example this brick session was a bike and then stright onto the run. They are essential for getting your body used to running off the bike and likewise for a swim to bike brick.

  1. Love your post brick sausage, egg, cheese splurge. Sounds good, as does the ice cream. I’m still not eating after 7 p.m. so have avoided ice cream since that’s when my husband has it. I’m hungry, though, reading this!

  2. Not eating after 7pm you must be ready to tear the cupboards apart in the morning. I couldn’t do that but yeah Sausgae bacon and egg was very naughty and yep the Ice cream was yummy must try and resist though 🙂

Let me know what you think
