Roast Chicken breast, roast Potatoes and Salad

200g of mixed nuts (Peanuts, almonds, Brazil and Hazelnuts) with Raisins

  1. That baguette/salad looks really good. Also? I’m glad I’m not the only one eating at her desk at lunch. :). I missed my afternoon snack yesterday and it made for a sluggish run. I need to keep some nuts or something in my bag just in case I’m in a pinch like that again.

  2. Only another month and abit of eating at my desk then I am free to look after my little boy and start on my dream of setting up my own personal training business, and yep the sandwhich was gooooood (smoked cheese today) I always have a bag of unsalted mixed nuts and dried fruit with me throughout the day its just great for keeping you going and keeping you away from the rubbish.
