1.     Spanish Cured meats and Salad

3.     1 x Banana

Roast Chicken Breast, Roasted Potatoes and Salad

Strawberries, Bluberries and natural Yogurt

Additional

200g of mixed nuts (Peanuts, almonds, Brazil and Hazelnuts) with Raisins
