  1. What’s a rocket?

    We have a British pub here (near my work) and, oh, are the fish and chips good. Takes a Brit to make them just right. 🙂 How was the juicing – Worth it? Not worth it? Planning to do it regularly?

    • Rocket is a peppery salad leaf very yummy. Oh you can’t beat a good.fish and chips and.we have a great fish and chip shop 5mins away from our front door and it is always a welcome treat especially with mushy peas and.mint sauce mmmmmm.you must ask them.to make them for you . The juicing was Defo worth it will.continue having a juice for breakfast and then a couple of days a week for.lunch or evening meal.

      • Oh, it’s arugula. One of my favorites! I had no idea it was called rocket. Mushy peas and mint sauce? I’ll have to ask them about that – although I’m questioning mushy peas. 😉
