About

Hi my name is Brendon Birch and I am a member of Absolute Triathlon Club in Nottingham. I have done a couple of daft things over the last couple of years, I ran a min of 5kms everyday in 2013 completing 3000km and averaging over 8km’s per day. In 2014 with a good friend I cycled Lands End to John O’Groats covering 956 miles in 93 hours both of these adventures were in aid of a fantastic charity, the Karen Green Foundation and supported by a great club Absolute Triathlon, Nottingham. But the time has come to concentrate 100% on myself and triathlons with my focus on Age Group qualification in 2016 and generally on living a healthier lifestyle.

  2. I used to live in East Bridgford. We still visit Holme Pierrepont for the rowing nationals. Good luck with your challenge!

  3. What a great reason to run. . . thanks for finding me, by the way. I am going to be *so* motivated to read about your daily runs!

Let me know what you think
